For destinations outside the United States and South Korea, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included unless explicitly shown at checkout and may be collected by the carrier or local authority before or upon delivery.
When tracking becomes available, we send a shipping confirmation containing the carrier and tracking information. It can take additional time after shipment for the carrier’s first scan to appear.
Customers can also use the Order Tracking page or their NONSEEN account, when available.
Contact Customer Care as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected or an order needs to be cancelled. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment has begun or after a shipping label has been created.
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be lost, contact Customer Care within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs where applicable.
Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
